30-day refunds

Suisai has no trial. The refund window is there instead, so you can buy it, use it properly on your own work, and get your money back if it isn't right for you.

Buying from this website

If you bought Suisai directly from this website, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. You don't need to give a reason.

Paddle is the merchant of record for direct purchases and handles payment refunds. The quickest way to request one is through Paddle's customer support portal, where you can find your order using the email address provided at checkout. Your receipt also includes a link to Paddle's support service.

If you'd prefer to contact me directly, email support@suisai.design from the address you used to purchase Suisai, and I'll help initiate the refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle processes the refund, and the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

What happens to your license

When a purchase is refunded, its license is revoked.

Suisai verifies licenses locally on your Mac, without contacting an activation server. A revoked key may therefore continue to work until an application update containing the updated revocation information is installed.

Once that update is installed, the revoked key can no longer be used to register Suisai.

When a refund can be declined

You don't need to explain why Suisai isn't right for you. The 30-day guarantee is intended to let you try the application properly, without taking a financial risk.

A request may be declined where there is clear evidence of fraud or deliberate abuse of the refund policy, such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same license.

This does not affect any refund or other remedy you're entitled to under applicable consumer law.

The Mac App Store

Apple sells Suisai on the Mac App Store, so I can't refund those purchases. Request an App Store refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

After 30 days

The 30-day refund guarantee is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable consumer protection laws.

Those rights may continue beyond the 30-day period. If Suisai doesn't meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy depending on the circumstances.

The voluntary refund period doesn't limit or replace those statutory rights.
